Magda Szreffel

Magda Szreffel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Magda currently works at Prowly PR Software as a DEI Ambassador and HR Partner. Prior to that, they were an HR Regional Partner at Amazon from 2021 to 2022. Magda also worked at Atos where they held various roles including Training Specialist from 2017 to 2021, PMO Specialist from 2015 to 2017, and Junior Business Support Specialist from 2014 to 2015.

Magda Szreffel's education history begins in 2009 when they attended the University of Wroclaw. Magda completed their Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy/Special Education and Teaching in 2012.

In 2014, Magda Szreffel enrolled at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Toruniu to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Magda successfully completed this degree in 2016. During the same period, they also pursued a postgraduate degree in Coaching for managers at the same institution.

After completing their Master's degree, Magda Szreffel continued their education by enrolling in a postgraduate program at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Toruniu in 2017. Magda pursued a Podyplomowe degree in HR Business Partner with personal controlling.

Aside from their formal education, Magda Szreffel has obtained additional certifications. In November 2016, they obtained the Talent Management Best Practices certification with SAP SuccessFactors (sf4) from SAP. In December 2016, they obtained the HR + Finance with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors (sf5) certification, also from SAP.
