Anna Mozharivska

Anna Mozharivska has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Anna is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Proxet since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at MCPK as a Recruitment Lead from January 2019 to November 2020, and as a Recruitment Specialist from November 2018 to January 2019. Before that, Anna was a Recruitment Specialist at Digicode, where they handled full life-cycle recruiting and attracted candidates for technical and managerial positions. Anna also worked at Luxoft as a Senior Researcher and Researcher in the Cross Location Recruitment Team, where they managed a variety of vacancies and conducted full-cycle recruitment for relocation and local markets. Additionally, Anna has experience as a Recruiter at LLC "Apeiron System" and as a Project Intern at The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Anna also served as an Employee Relations Manager (project) at AIESEC in Kyiv.

Anna Mozharivska obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Anna is currently pursuing a degree in Gestalt therapy at Kyiv Gestalt University, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2024. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Indigo Tech Recruiters School from INDIGO Tech Recruiters in 2021, People Management from LABA in 2019, and Команда и HR from ВШК in 2016.
