Davi Mota

Davi Mota has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Davi started their career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they conducted research in music technology and taught courses on acoustics and technology. Davi also had administrative responsibilities, including developing audio analysis software and managing Linux infrastructure.

After their time in academia, Davi transitioned to the software engineering field. Davi worked as a Principal Flutter Engineer at Drumap for three years, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining Flutter applications. Following this, they joined Facily as a Specialist Flutter Engineer, contributing to the company's Flutter projects.

Davi's expertise in Flutter continued to grow as they became a Tech Lead - Flutter Engineer at Banco next. In this role, they led a team and utilized their technical skills to drive the development of Flutter applications.

Davi'smost recent experience is at Proxet, where they hold the position of Mobile Engineer. Davi is responsible for designing and implementing new features, ensuring clean code and conducting code reviews to maintain high-quality mobile applications.

Throughout their career, Davi has demonstrated their technical prowess, taking ownership of projects, identifying areas for improvement, and consistently delivering high-quality work.

Davi Mota began their education journey in 2005 at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they pursued a degree in Conducting with a focus on Music. Davi completed this program in 2010. Following this, Davi went on to obtain a Master's degree in Sonology from the same university, studying from 2010 to 2013. Continuing their academic pursuits, they joined the Université Grenoble Alpes in 2015 and completed a Research Doctorate in Cognitive Science in 2016. Finally, Davi embarked on their highest level of education, a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Sonology, which they pursued from 2013 to 2017 at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
