Uday Deo

Uday Deo currently serves as President at Proxet since August 2025. Previously, Uday held the position of Chief Transformation Officer for the US Central Region at Altimetrik from 2021 to 2024, where Uday led a significant turnaround and development of new capabilities. Uday also worked as Head of Business for the Midwest Region at EPAM Systems from 2016 to 2020 and served as Vice President of the Communications Business Unit at GlobalLogic from 2006 to 2016, establishing the largest business unit in the company with substantial revenue. Uday's earlier career included roles at Remington Associates, Wonderlic, Inc., and Idea Integration. Uday holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
