Amol Sontakke

Amol Sontakke's work experience includes a role as a Lead Developer at Proxima Systems starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Proxima Systems from October 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Proxima Systems, Amol held positions at Mobisoft Infotech, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer and Principal Software Engineer from May 2011 to October 2021.

Amol Sontakke completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from ICORE, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Simultaneously, they also attended JVM High School, Imperial College Of Engg And Research, from 2006 to 2010, pursuing a degree in Computer Software Engineering.

Additionally, Amol Sontakke obtained various certifications from The Linux Foundation. In January 2023, they received certifications in "LFC191: Open Source Licensing Basics for Software Developers," "Open Source," and "Open Source 101." In February 2023, they obtained the certification "LFD121: Developing Secure Software."
