John Iacono

John Iacono is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of North America at Proxima, part of Bain & Company, since May 2024. In addition to this role, Iacono has been an Advisory Board Member for the Rutgers Customer Experience program since January 2017. Previous positions include Managing Director at LogicSource, Inc., Practice Executive at Summus Group, and Chief Procurement Officer at Conduent, Billtrust, Infor, and Dun & Bradstreet, where Iacono led procurement strategy and collaborated on transformation initiatives to achieve cost savings and organizational efficiencies. Earlier in the career, Iacono held leadership roles at Cendant and Merrill Lynch. Iacono earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University between 1988 and 1992.
