Mike Gingell

Mike Gingell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive management and procurement. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Proxima since May 2011, Mike has played a pivotal role in facilitating the integration and collaboration between Proxima and Bain & Company post-acquisition. Previous positions at Proxima include Vice President, Solutions Architect, and Principal Consultant, where Mike consistently delivered tailored solutions, drove strategic client engagements, and managed significant teams to achieve ambitious targets. Prior to Proxima, Mike held roles at Rentokil Initial as Procurement Manager, overseeing IT spend across a multinational framework, and gained early experience at Global Telecom and Technology, Veolia Environmental Services UK, and Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Mike holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
