Grace Su Lei Naing

Grace Su Lei Naing is currently the Director of Development at Proximity Designs, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Grace served as the Head of Impact at Nikel from January 2021 to September 2022, where the focus was on providing lending solutions for underserved sectors. Grace has also held various roles at Proximity Designs, including Fellow and Manager of Social Impact, where responsibilities included managing research teams and conducting impact evaluations. Earlier experience includes a business development role at MYANMORE and an associate intern position at EY. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and a diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
