Olivia is the administrative powerhouse, keeping all wheels well-greased on the machine that is Proximo. Whether she’s managing client appointments, coordinating upcoming team events, or mapping production schedules for the visual arts team, Olivia’s attention to detail and thoughtful perspectives keep everything “behind the curtain” organized and on track to exceed customer expectations. Her faves include cold brew coffee, long walks outside, and power up snacks that keep her trucking through the workday. She’s an avid reader and musician (she plays the piano!) and when not on the job, she’s most likely hanging with her husband, Jayson, and her cats, Marley and Orzo-Thor.
