Jill Pugh M.ed.

Jill Pugh, M.Ed., SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Proximo Spirits since November 2021, leading HR and labor strategies for Proximo Distillers Indiana. Prior experience includes a tenure at thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, where as Human Resources Manager from April 2021 to October 2021, Pugh developed HR strategies aligned with business priorities. Previously, Pugh worked at Kellogg Company from October 2003 to March 2021, holding positions as Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Human Resources Assistant, thereby gaining comprehensive expertise in labor relations, employee management, and strategic HR initiatives. Academically, Pugh holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design with a focus on Visual Communications from The Ohio State University.
