Michiel Helder

Michiel Helder is an experienced professional in IT infrastructure and managed services, currently serving as a People Manager (a.i.) at Proximus NXT Nederland since May 2023, overseeing a team of over 60 in the Service Management Center. Previously, Michiel held several leadership roles at Enable U from March 2015 to May 2023, including Head of AgileOps, where responsibilities included integrating departments and managing cloud and on-prem integration solutions, as well as developing the Managed Services & Support department. Earlier experience at Ordina from January 1998 to February 2015 involved roles such as Datacenter Architect and Project Manager. Michiel holds a Computer Science degree from Hanze and attended the University of Twente.
