Arielle Hautain

Arielle Hautain is an experienced Agile Coach at Proximus since April 2007, specializing in coaching employees through the agile transformation. Previous roles at Proximus include Adoption and Operations Manager, where Arielle managed a team to enhance tool efficiency and user adoption, Business Change Manager focusing on tool development for sales and project management, and CRM Lead Manager overseeing campaign management tools. Earlier in the career, Arielle held positions as Marketing Lead Manager at Belgacom Mobile and Executive Advisor, as well as project management and account management roles at KII Partners and Benjamens, van Doorn Euro RSCG. Arielle holds a degree in commercial and financial sciences from Ichec Brussels Management School, earned between 1987 and 1992.
