Isabelle Michaux

Isabelle Michaux possesses extensive experience in the telecommunication sector, currently serving as Product Owner for Go Fiber at Proximus since November 2016, where coordination of launch activities and ensuring quality customer experience for the fiber network in the German region are primary responsibilities. Previous roles at Proximus include Expert Program Manager for IT Fiber Deployment, interim Operations Director for Doktr, and Transformation Programs Delivery Manager, focusing on the delivery of IT applications within transformation initiatives. Prior to Proximus, Isabelle worked at Belgacom SA for over 18 years in various capacities, including Team Manager for Ordering/Provisioning Solution Design, Business Analyst and Project Manager for SAP initiatives, and Functional Analyst for SAP finance modules. Isabelle holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Management Engineering from UMONS, earned between 1993 and 1998.
