Yann Bastin

Yann Bastin has extensive experience in IT management and transformation at Proximus since August 1998, currently serving as the Billing and Credit Management Division Lead, responsible for billing, receivables, collections, and fraud detection. Previously held leadership roles included Revenue Solution Lead, IT Transformation Manager, and Program Manager for Enterprise Business Systems, where achievements encompassed the transformation of revenue solutions into an Agile organization and the design of modular IT architecture to enhance customer experience. Yann Bastin also led IT domain strategy initiatives and managed teams to implement various IT projects during earlier career phases, including as IT Project Manager and SAP Project Manager. Yann Bastin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Faculté Polytechnique de Mons.
