Maisa Matikainen

Maisa Matikainen is an Engineer Trainee at Proxion since March 2023, with prior experience as a Summer Trainee at Mipro Oy from May 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included hardware design in the Mikkeli office. From May 2021 to June 2022, Maisa worked as a Guard at Avarn Cash Solutions Oy, continuing part-time after the summer. Additionally, experience as a Guard at Avarn Security Finland spanned from October 2017 to April 2022, following an internship with duties related to perimeter security in the Savonlinna unit. Earlier employment included a Seller role at Kesko - K-Group from June 2017 to August 2018, focusing on covering summer and annual leave shifts. Maisa Matikainen is pursuing an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in 2024, and holds a degree in Safety and Security from Savon ammattiopisto completed in June 2018.
