Grady Phelan

Grady Phelan is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator with a diverse background in marketing and creative development. As the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of ProXR, LLC, since 2013, Grady Phelan developed an advanced grip technology platform that enhances athletic performance. Prior to this, Grady Phelan founded Giant Project, Inc., where successful product launches included Madrina’s Coffee and Nawgan Alertness Beverage, demonstrating expertise in comprehensive creative strategies. As a Senior Vice President and co-founder of Group360 Communications, Grady Phelan played a key role in establishing a marketing agency. Additionally, Grady Phelan's tenure at American Express Incentive Services led to the creation of a pioneering debit card platform for loyalty markets. As Chairperson of the Advertising Department at Portfolio Center, Grady Phelan significantly improved the curriculum and doubled student enrollment, resulting in substantial revenue growth. Grady Phelan holds a BFA in Visual Communications from The University of Kansas, along with educational experiences at The University of Tulsa and Webster Groves High School.
