Campbell Macdonald has a wealth of experience in the corporate world, starting in 1999 at Canadian Pacific Railway where they held three roles, including Process & Development Manager, Operations Manager, and Product Manager - Network & Facilities. In 2005, they moved on to Home Depot as General Manager, and in 2007 they joined BuildDirect.com as General Manager – Exterior Products. In 2009, they co-founded Parking Mobility, where they were CEO and oversaw product development, legal, budget and forecasting. In 2011, they co-founded Own Your Deal, and in 2012 they became CEO & Co-founder of Pathful, providing automated insights for marketers. In 2015, they became an Advisor at Mobify and CEO at Proxxi, where they created wearables to keep workers safe.

Campbell Macdonald has a MA in Economics from Queen's University and a BA in Economics from the University of Manitoba.
