Ian Pope

Ian Pope is an experienced People Partner with a strong background in human resources and employee engagement. Currently at Proxymity, Ian oversees training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and diversity and inclusion workshops, while managing payroll and benefit processes. Ian's previous role at Ve Global involved leading employee surveys and appraisal processes, as well as driving cultural projects and onboarding improvements. Ian's career began with roles in HR administration, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Brighton and a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 5).
