Beáta Farkas has a diverse work experience in the fields of HR and operations management. Farkas currently works as a People & Operations Manager at Prozenda, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at UniCredit Bank Hungary, where they held multiple roles. From March 2020 to June 2023, they took maternity leave. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Account from December 2018 to March 2020. From September 2012 to March 2020, they were an Internal Trainer, responsible for organizing soft skill trainings and team building activities. Starting in May 2015 and until December 2018, Beáta worked as a Senior HR Business Partner & Recruiter, focusing on recruitment and onboarding strategies. From September 2011 to May 2015, they were an HR Business Partner, providing advisory services in various HR fields and supporting multiple divisions within the bank. Lastly, from October 2009 to September 2011, Beáta held the position of HR Development Consultant, specializing in talent management and executive development. Before their time at UniCredit Bank Hungary, they gained experience as a Recruitment Specialist at EY, where they began as an intern and ultimately took on responsibilities for graduate recruitment.
Farkas Beáta started their education in 1994 at Óbudai Gimnázium, where they pursued their secondary education. Farkas attended Budapest Business School, Faculty of Commerce, Catering and Tourism from 2001 to 2005 and earned a degree in Economics, with a specialization in Business/Commerce, General. Later, in 2011 and 2012, Beáta completed the Internal Trainer Course at Develor Zrt.
