Himanshu Duggal

Himanshu Duggal has extensive work experience in operations management. Himanshu started their career in 2015 as a Senior Operations Executive at Limeroad.com, where they were responsible for handling overall reverse pickup, first mile pickups, and managing the return life-cycle. In 2019, they joined Shiprocket as an Assistant Manager, handling last mile deliveries, maintaining assigned TAT, and preparing NDR reports. Himanshu then worked as a Senior Operations Manager at Shyplite from 2019 to 2022, where they oversaw various operational activities. In 2022, Himanshu joined Shypmax and Prozo as a Senior Operations Manager, where they are responsible for managing domestic operations, warehouse activities, onboarding new partners, and providing training to fleet managers.

Himanshu Duggal began their education in 2010 at Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General. Himanshu completed this degree in 2013. In 2014, Himanshu enrolled in Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education to further their studies. There, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations. Himanshu completed this degree program in 2016.
