Manisha M has worked in the logistics and business development sectors for over 15 years. In 2006, they began their career as a Financial Consultant for Aviva Life Insurance. Two years later, they moved to Business Sphere as a Business Development Manager. In 2009, Manisha M joined M J Logistic Services Limited as a Manager-BD and Assistant Manager-BD. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Manager-Business Development at M.J. Logistic Services Limited. In 2018, Manisha M became a Senior Manager-Business Development at Sical Logistics Ltd., Cafe Coffee Day Company. In 2020, they were appointed as Head-BD & Operations at both Pooja Logistics Private Limited and Truckit India Private Ltd. Presently, Manisha M is working as General Manager-Sales at Prozo, where they are responsible for integrated enterprise grade warehousing, freight, supply chain technology & e-commerce retail services for B2B, B2C & D2C supply chains.

Manisha M began their education in 1996 at St. Francis School, Ramnagar. Manisha then attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1999 to 2003, studying Commerce. In 2007, Manisha M enrolled in the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where they earned their PGPM in Marketing in 2010.
