Nick Swan

Nick Swan, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at PRS for Music, where responsibilities include enabling business strategy, optimization, transformation, and growth. Previously, Nick was Head of Technology Strategy at The Guardian, focusing on driving business value through technology and establishing sustainable IT capabilities. Previous roles include Head of Architecture Transformation at Oxford University Press, where Nick was accountable for realizing business outcomes through architectural transformation, and various leadership positions at BAT, Capgemini, Scottish Enterprise, and Standard Life Bank, including IT Lead for the Global CRM Programme and Head of Global Architecture Practice. Nick holds dual MBA degrees in Global Business Administration and Management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Ducere Global Business School.
