Larry Burgess is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in infrastructure and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Managing Director of Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture at Stellantis Financial Services since April 2024, Larry has held significant roles such as Global Enterprise Architect at CBRE and Vice President of Service Delivery and Enterprise Architecture at BlockQAI, LLC. Previous contributions include serving as Client Partner at Neudesic, delivering business solutions through digital platforms, and as Principal & CTO Consultant at The Harbour Group, specializing in Business Engineering and achieving notable improvements in IT project execution and expense reduction. Larry's early career includes a pivotal role as CTO at Citigroup, where strategic direction and policies for the CitiFinancial Auto division were implemented. Larry holds dual degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from Harding University.
