Rebecca Pollard has a diverse work experience in strategy, marketing, and consulting roles. Rebecca is currently the Director of Strategy at PRS for Music, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategy & Marketing Consultant at Pollard Consulting Limited starting in 2019. Rebecca also had two roles at PRS for Music, serving as Interim Director of Strategy from April 2021 to October 2021, and as a Member Experience Consultant from January 2021 to March 2021. Rebecca has also worked at WorldRemit as a CRM Director, where they led a CRM system transition and overhauled the CRM strategy. Before that, they held various roles at Wyevale Garden Centres, Tesco PLC, OC&C Strategy Consultants, and Guardian News & Media. Their experience includes leading loyalty schemes, customer communications, customer insight programs, and strategy projects across retail, media, and B2C services.
Rebecca Pollard attended Loreto Grammar School from 1996 to 2003, where they obtained 4 A Levels at Grade A and 11 GCSEs at A and A*. Following that, they studied at the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a 1st Class Honours degree in MChem with a specialization in Chemistry.
