Ryan Farley

Ryan Farley is an accomplished music industry professional with over a decade of experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of A&R at Cooking Vinyl Publishing since August 2018, Ryan also contributes as a Dance Music Committee Member for PRS for Music. As the founder of Knew Knowledge Management & Consultancy, Ryan focuses on managing the careers of songwriters, producers, mixers, and artists while overseeing creative development and project management. Previous positions include serving on the Board of Directors at IMPEL Collective Management Limited and as a Committee Member for the Music Publishers Association (UK). Ryan's early career features significant contributions at Warner/Chappell Music Publishing as an A&R Manager, promoting emerging talent and facilitating successful music projects. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and International Economics from London South Bank University, complemented by certifications in football coaching and player care.
