Grace Goodwin is the founder of GENIE, an online database supporting gender equity in music across Europe. They graduated with First Class Honours in Popular Music from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and completed a Master's in Music Business at the University of Liverpool. Grace is currently pursuing a PhD, focusing on regional gender inequality in the UK music industry, supported by the Dave Laing scholarship. With experience as a record label manager at Both Sides Records and as an artist mentor at Future Yard, Grace aims to empower emerging musicians through one-on-one sessions and workshops. They are also a freelance session musician, providing entertainment worldwide.
