Hideo Maldonado

Hideo Maldonado has a diverse work experience in research and development, innovation, and technology management. Starting in 2009, Maldonado worked at FinalCAD as an Assistant Project Manager, overseeing the development of an analytical application using Ruby on Rails and Flex AS3. From 2009 to 2015, Maldonado joined BVA as an IT Manager and later became the Director of New Technology, where they managed the programming and data processing department and implemented processes to streamline the delivery of analytical tables. During this time, they also trained associates in using scripting and data processing software. In 2016, Maldonado joined PRS IN VIVO as the Director of Mobile Eye Tracking, where they led a global department and defined the MET strategy. Hideo then progressed to the roles of Director - New Technology & Innovation and Director - R&D & Innovation, where they developed internal platforms and managed the development of new management systems, integrating technologies such as Django/Python, Postgres, JavaScript, Laravel/PHP, and MySQL. Currently, Maldonado holds the position of Vice President of Research and Development at PRS IN VIVO, leading the R&D department and introducing new technologies, such as AI, into their services.
