Jason Rathke

Jason Rathke has a diverse work experience in financial roles. Jason worked as a Chief Financial Officer at PRT Offshore from August 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the SEC Reporting Manager at Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. from June 2013 to August 2014. Additionally, they were a Financial Reporting Manager at Multiview from December 2010 to June 2013, where they assisted the CFO with company and market analysis, handled technical accounting areas, prepared annual financial statements, and oversaw external audits. Jason started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in Assurance Services from September 2005 to November 2010.

Jason Rathke attended Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Audit. In addition, they also obtained another Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University during the same time period. Their field of study was primarily focused on Accounting.
