Adam Potter

Adam Potter is a highly experienced Systems Engineer at Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. since May 2015, with a strong background in network administration and engineering. Previously serving as a Senior Network Administrator at BFG Communications, Adam managed the enterprise and remote office networks for a large marketing firm. Adam's career includes extensive roles at Hargray Communications, where responsibilities encompassed senior NOC engineering, systems administration, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms including Juniper and Arris. Additional experience includes lead technician roles, customer service management, and technical support across various telecommunications companies. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
