Jason Dandridge has a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry. Jason is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Communications Data Group (CDG) since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc., starting in 1997. At Palmetto, they held various roles including Chief Executive Officer, where they were responsible for developing strategies, business plans, and budgets, and also participated in personnel decisions and union negotiations. Before becoming CEO, they served as Assistant General Manager from May 2002 to December 2008, working closely with the General Manager/CEO in daily operations of the cooperative. Additionally, they held the position of Staff Engineer from October 1997 to May 2002, overseeing engineering activities and coordinating with consultants on major projects. Prior to joining Palmetto, they worked as an Inspector at Design South Professionals, Inc. from September 1994 to October 1997, where they worked on various telecommunications projects, including staking copper and fiber optic cable routes, inspecting construction, and preparing required documents and permits.

Jason Dandridge completed their education with an MBA in Business Administration from The Citadel from 1998 to 2002. Before that, they attended Clemson University from 1990 to 1994 and earned a BS in Civil Engineering.
