Irene Josh is an experienced professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as the Lead Customer Success at Prudent AI since October 2024. Previously, Irene held various positions at Vajro from June 2021 to October 2024, advancing from Customer Success Specialist to Team Lead. Prior experience includes serving as the Resource Development Head at Ela Green School and a brief tenure as a Product Manager at Muthoot Finance.
