Murthy Bjas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Murthy is currently serving as the Director & CEO of Prudent Technologies, where they play a key role in the growth and development of the Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) for Enterprises and Telco Service Providers. Additionally, Murthy is a Non-Executive Director & Board Member at Prudent Technologies.

Prior to their current position, Murthy was the Shareholder & Strategic Advisor at Nife, a startup based in Singapore that focuses on building a 'Public Edge Cloud' in the edge computing industry. Murthy also served as the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Nife Labs and was responsible for orchestrating workloads from cloud to network to edge.

Murthy has also been involved with other companies in various capacities. Murthy is an Investor & Strategic Advisor at dashpod, the World's 1st Fitness and Sports IoT platform. Murthy is an Investor at 9Unicorns, India's First Accelerator VC. Murthy was an Investor at Zettabyte Telecommunications LLC, Dubai, and served as the Group Director & Chief Executive at Conplex International Ltd.

In their earlier career, Murthy held several leadership roles at prominent telecommunications companies. Murthy served as the Group Chief Commercial Officer at GLOBACOM in West Africa. At Vodafone India, they held positions such as Operations Director / Country Head New Businesses & Partnerships, Operations Director - Regional COO, Country Head of Products & Services, Mobility & Consumer Business, and Chief Operating Officer. Furthermore, Murthy served as the Chief Operating Officer - Gujarat at Reliance Communications and as the Vice President - Sales and Marketing at Bharti Airtel Limited.

Murthy Bjas attended IMD in 2011 for Commercial Business Management. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1988, they studied Chemistry at Osmania University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
