Maharani Ahdha has over two decades of experience in customer service and contact center management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) since August 2001, Maharani has developed extensive expertise in customer care operations. Prior experience includes working as a Citiphone Officer at Citibank from 1999 to July 2001. Maharani holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Universitas Trisakti, earned between 1992 and 1997, and attended SMA Sumbangsih for earlier education.
