Joe Yee Leong

Joe Yee Leong is a seasoned risk management professional currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad since November 2025. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions in risk management, including Group Chief Risk Officer at MNRB Group from March 2021 to November 2025, and Chief Risk Officer at Hannover Re's Malaysian Branch from July 2018 to March 2021. Joe also served as Chief Risk Officer at MPI Generali from April 2016 to July 2018 and was Head of Insurance Risk Management at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful from October 2012 to March 2016. Joe's career at Etiqa began in 2010, where the role was Head of the General Insurance & Takaful Actuarial Department. Joe earned a degree from Drake University between 1998 and 2001.
