Charmaine Kee has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Charmaine began their career at AIA Malaysia in 1998, where they held the role of Head of G.Next (Young Agents Recruitment) in the Agency Development department for 10 years. In 2008, they moved to AIA and became the Senior Manager of Policy Servicing in the AIA Shared Services division. Charmaine joined Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad in 2011 and held various leadership positions, including Head of Policy Servicing, Operations & CS, and currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience & Customer Service.

Charmaine Kee obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Alabama, USA, from 1995 to 1997.
