Jasminder Kaur

Jasminder Kaur is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Operations Officer at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad since March 2023. Previously, Jasminder held various leadership positions at HSBC from September 2007 to March 2023, including Country Head of Credit Control Services & Fraud Operations, Head of Banking Operations and KYC-CDD, and Assistant Vice President Operations, where responsibilities encompassed credit control, collections, fraud operations, and managing banking operations for multiple regions. Jasminder began tenure at HSBC as an Operations Manager overseeing call center operations from 2005 to 2007. Jasminder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia, earned between 2001 and 2004.
