Mona Kassim

Mona Kassim is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing communications, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Customer Experience at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad since March 2019. Prior to this role, Mona held multiple positions at the same company, including Assistant Director in the Life Insurance & Takaful Framework Programme Office and Assistant Director of Brand and Communications from December 2009 to 2019.
