Daniel Maldonado

Daniel Maldonado is a seasoned professional in real estate and finance with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Compass since January 2020, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in the acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of investment properties, implementing effective marketing strategies and negotiation tactics to achieve record-breaking sales in multifamily properties. Prior to this role, Daniel was an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where property listings and sales spanned commercial and multifamily real estate in the East Bay area.
