Heng Sok

Heng Sok has a varied work experience spanning different industries and roles. Heng most recently worked at Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance as the Chief Operations Officer of the CLM Hub and previously held the position of Chief Business Generation Officer. Heng also served as the Head of the Business Intelligence Unit & Transformation and Manager of Financial Analytics/Business Intelligence at the same company. Prior to that, Heng worked at Zaman University as the Head of the Department of Banking and Finance/Management of Information Systems and Director of International Relations. Heng also worked at the World Bank Group as a Project Coordinator and at the University of Puthisastra as the Assistant Vice President of International Affairs. In addition, Heng gained experience as a Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University and as a Research/Teaching Assistant at Chapman University. Heng started their career as a Supplemental Instructor at Cypress College.

Heng Sok, FRM, PMP holds a Master's Degree in Economic System Design from Chapman University, which was obtained between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, Heng Sok earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics from Chapman University, completing it from 2008 to 2012. Heng Sok has also obtained several additional certifications, including the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the GARP FRM Program in 2020, the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2023, and the Financial Data Professional® (FDP) Charterholder from the FDP Institute in 2021. In 2019, Heng Sok received the ACCA certification from ACCA and the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate from IBM. In 2022, Heng Sok obtained the Certified Senior Data Scientist (SDS) certification from the Data Science Council of America and the ACCA Certificate of Business Analytics from Columbia Business School Executive Education.
