Angela Lee is a seasoned legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Prudential Financial, Angela has previously held key positions, including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel at MetLife, where expertise in mergers and acquisitions was further enhanced. Angela's legal career began at Debevoise & Plimpton, progressing from Summer Associate to Associate, and also includes experience as a Legal Intern at the US Trade Representative. Angela holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
