Dalila Springer is a highly motivated strategic Agile and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as the Director and Program Lead of the Agile Transition Office at Prudential Financial, Dalila leads Agile transformation strategies and manages the execution of the Global Technology portfolio. Previously, Dalila held various roles at Prudential, including Director of Portfolio and Transformation Initiatives, where they focused on delivering customer-driven solutions and managing compliance programs. Dalila has educational credentials that include an MBA specializing in Finance and Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management, alongside a paralegal certification and a BBA from Seton Hall University.
