Daniel Weinberger

Daniel Weinberger, MA, SPHR, serves as the Head of Human Resources for Prudential Holdings of Japan, overseeing HR operations for a workforce of 20,000 employees and managing a significant portion of Prudential's operating income. With previous roles as Vice President in various HR functions at Prudential, including HR Business Partner and Talent & Capability lead, Daniel has established a strong framework for aligning talent strategies with corporate objectives. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Stryker, Mondelēz International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Bank of America, and Level 3 Communications, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and labor relations. Daniel holds an MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and certifications in Executive & Organizational Coaching.
