David Camuzo

David Camuzo currently serves as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Prudential Financial since December 2020. Prior to this role, David held various positions at FINRA from July 2007 to December 2020, including Senior Counsel in Sales Practice and Director of Main Enforcement. David also worked at NYSE as Trial Counsel from November 2005 to July 2007. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate at Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch, LLP from July 2002 to November 2005, and as Assistant Attorney General in the Litigation Bureau at the NYS Attorney General’s Office from June 1999 to July 2002. David began a legal career at The Legal Aid Society as a Staff Attorney from February 1994 to June 1999. David earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Syracuse University College of Law between 1989 and 1992.
