Deanna Beeby

Deanna Beeby, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director, Journey Analyst for Retirement Strategies at Prudential Financial since September 2023. With extensive experience in program and project management, Beeby held significant roles at Connecticut Water as Program Manager and Senior Project Management Consultant from September 2020 to September 2023. Prior to that, Beeby had a long tenure at Prudential Financial from December 2001 to July 2020, where key positions included Director and Chief of Staff for Annuities Product Solutions, overseeing a 90-member team and driving the execution of business strategies. Beeby also contributed as a National Board Member and Co-Lead for the Prudential PRIDE Business Resource Group, advocating for an inclusive workplace for LGBTQ employees. Earlier career experiences include roles at American Skandia, where responsibilities spanned marketing support and training, as well as serving as a Registered Representative at Charles Schwab. Beeby holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
