Erika Thompson is an experienced professional in operational risk and vendor management, currently serving as the Director of Global Technology Operational Risk at Prudential Financial since 2022. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Director of Enterprise Third Party Program Management at Robinhood and served as Sr. Manager of IT Third Party Risk & Supplier Management at Freddie Mac, where key responsibilities included operationalizing IT's third-party risk program and managing the IT Vendor Management program. Erika's extensive experience at Freddie Mac also includes several roles in program and project management, where competencies in contract negotiation and RFP processes were demonstrated.
