Isaac Malul

Isaac Malul serves as the Vice President of Tax at Prudential Financial, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Isaac was the Tax Director and Head of the Financial Reporting Group at Citi from February 2013 to March 2024, overseeing tax accounting for both domestic and international provisions, as well as M&A transactions. Between 2010 and 2012, Isaac held the position of Senior VP and Head of International Tax Accounting at New York Life Insurance Company, directing comprehensive tax compliance functions and managing a team of 17. Isaac's earlier experience includes a tenure at PwC as a Tax Director in the Banking, Capital Markets & Insurance Group, managing a diverse client portfolio and providing consultation on various tax matters. Isaac began the career as a Tax Attorney for the IRS, representing the agency in legal matters. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
