Janille Fagundo

Janille Fagundo possesses extensive experience in the proposal and learning sectors, currently serving as Director of Learning Experience and Engagement at Prudential Financial since May 2016, where additional roles have included Director of Learning & Assessment for Future of Work and Director of Proposals. Prior to this, Janille held positions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as Supervisor of Proposals and at Medco Health Solutions as a Proposal Writer. Janille's expertise in proposal writing was further developed during tenure as Senior Proposal Writer at Horizon BCBSNJ and Marketing Writer at National Vision Administrators. Janille earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Montclair State University, building on earlier studies at Fordham University.
