Jeffrey G. Thomas

Jeffrey G. Thomas serves as the Chief Security Officer and Head of Enterprise Workplace Services at Prudential Financial since June 2016, overseeing non-systems related security risks and leading a global strategy to protect the Company’s people, assets, and brand across multiple regions. Previously, Jeffrey held the roles of Chief Security Officer and Vice President of Global Security at Tyco from June 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included managing enterprise security functions for 900 locations. Additionally, Jeffrey worked in Global Security at GE from June 2011 to May 2014, served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service from 2001 to 2011, and was a State Trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety from 1998 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management from the University of Houston-Downtown and a degree from Texas Tech University.
