Karen Lehman

Karen Lehman has over 20 years of experience in client relationship management and insurance, currently serving as the Regional Vice President for the East Region at Prudential Financial since October 2001. In this role, Karen leads account management teams focusing on large National Accounts and Premier Accounts, with an emphasis on customer retention and the provision of innovative financial solutions. Karen's previous positions at Prudential include Regional Vice President for the West Region and roles as Vice President and Chief of Staff. Before joining Prudential, Karen worked at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as a Client Executive and at Seabury and Smith as an Account Manager, following an early career as a Paralegal at Principal Financial Group. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Drake University and a BA from Grand View College, along with a Paralegal degree from DMACC.
