With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 28 years working directly with financial advisors, Len has facilitated seminars and one-on-one consultations to assist clients in achieving their financial goals. Previously, Len held key positions at Lincoln Financial Group, Elite Consulting Partners, and Jackson National Asset Management, among others, contributing significantly to sales growth and strategic initiatives. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hartford.
